Meeting the Man himself! The Sovaldi magician what I call him, is something I will cherish for lifetime. Listening to his presentation on Gilead was amazing. He in his presentation clearly justified that Sovaldi pricing is not justifiable! The Drug curing the patient is priceless and nothing less than that. Around 300 other people in the room definitely had goose bumps when he shared some patients experience. Dr. Sofia climbed up the stage and began his speech with all the criticism and stories about Gilead and its merger, he then went deep into Sovaldi’s development at various stages and stock impact on merger. He very well ended all the false story and the thoughts of the critics by the time he started discussing the sense of satisfaction (a whole new life) patients are getting suffering from Hep. C

Dr. Sofia’s next project with OnCore Pharmaceutical is to develop a oral treatment for Hep B condition. I wish him all the best!!
